Key Issues

Dean is focused on the issues that directly impact the residents of Wasaga Beach.

Taxpayer Accountability

The "Team Wasaga" Land Deal

1.5 acres of prime beachfront land — appraised at $5.47 million — was sold for only $580,000. Wasaga Beach residents deserve to know why and how this happened. This massive loss to taxpayers demands answers and accountability.

The Youth of Today Are the Leaders of Tomorrow

Dean will champion the creation of a Youth Town Council — giving young residents a real voice in the decisions that shape their community. By engaging students and young leaders early, we invest in the future of Wasaga Beach and build the leaders of tomorrow, today.
